Estella Shi Jinbo is the Chief Commercial Officer Asia at BGN, where she leads the company’s trading and business development activities across Asia and the Far East.

With more than 30 years of experience in fuel oil, gasoil, and light products markets, Estella has forged a distinguished career in energy trading and regional strategy. Before joining BGN, she held senior leadership roles at global energy companies, including Head of Fuel Oil Asia and Deputy Managing Director at Mercuria Energy Trading, where she led high-performing trading teams, developed new commercial flows, managed risk, and drove business profitability across complex markets.

She holds an MBA from the University of South Australia and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.
